During our Forage and Feast experience, you will gather wild food and enjoy a gourmet feast with kindred spirits.
Learn how to feast upon food for free; from oysters to berries, seaweeds and fragrant flowers. Enjoy a seashore, meadow, or clifftop foray.
After the foray we will cook and eat our finds together. This might be in a beach hut, picnic or at The Wild Kitchen, (a Georgian townhouse). Some dishes are pre-prepared and others we cook.
You will also learn how to store and preserve our gathered food to enjoy when the season has ended.
