VOUCHER DELIVERY
For digital E-Vouchers: A digital e-voucher will be delivered to your NOTHS account once your order has been accepted by the seller (normally 24-48 hours after purchase). You will need to create a NOTHS account at checkout if you do not have one to receive an e-voucher which will be attached to your order enquiry.
If you would like to send the digital e-voucher directly to a recipient, please submit their email address when adding the Experience to your basket and the digital e-voucher will be delivered to their e-mail address once your order has been accepted by the seller (normally 24-48 hours after purchase).

VALIDITY PERIOD: Voucher holders must book and redeem their place on the Experience within 12 months of the order date.

Bookings are made subject to availability; for best availability, we advise booking within 28 days of your order being accepted. For refunds, a 28-day cancellation period applies unless the voucher has been redeemed.
SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS: Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to your appointment for your booking to be transferable. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion on a case by case basis.
