We grow seriosly hot chillies and infuse them for months to create a powerful and complex Chilli Vodka that people just love.
We use a blend of very hot chillies for our Chilli Vodka, including the beautifully named Bhut Jolokia or Ghost Chilli, which we grow from seed in our greenhouses. Ghost chillies are 400 times hotter than tabasco sauce, with a rating on the Scoville Scale of over one million. To calm things down a bit we blend these with Scotch Bonnet peppers and two varieties of Jalapeno pepper to create a rich and lasting flavour with all the romance of India.
