    Delicious Elderflower Vodka Liqueur made from freshly picked Elderflowers steeped in fine Vodka for absolutely ages.

    We pick our elderflowers when they are at their absolute best, perfect pale cream petals that shimmer on the tree and last less than a week. This brings out the delicate flavour of this fragile summer delight. Delicious served ice cold in our Tipsy Wight shot glasses, and absolutely perfect combined with Prosecco to create our famous 'Elderbubbles' cocktail.

    We produce a range of vodkas and vodka liqueurs all made entirely by hand from fresh natural ingredients grown on our Victorian farm on the Isle of Wight.

    Elderflower Vodka Liqueur made from fresh elderflowers, sugar and vodka in a presentation box with two Tipsy Wight® shot glasses.

    The Elder (Sambucas nigra) is an amazing plant, steeped in folklore, producing shimmering flowers early in the summer that fill the air with a heady perfume. Legend has it that if you stand under an Elder tree on midsummer's eve the fairies will appear, but take care to stay awake or they will carry you off. The name Elder comes from the Anglo Saxon word eller, meaning a kindler of fire. This is because the trunk of the elder tree is hollow abd was often used as bellows to stoke up a fire.
