We pick each plum by hand from secret locations across the Isle of Wight and steep them for ages to create a deep, rich and complex flavour with hints of seaspray and plum.
Because we steep our Wild Plums in vodka for such a long time we actually bottle the crop from the previous season each autumn, and every year the flavour is slightly different.
