Delivery & Returns

Delivery info

All my jewellery is handmade to order so can take up to 3 weeks to be dispached. I aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 days, if not quicker. If you require an item for a specific date, please contact me first to make sure I can deliver within your deadline.

Whilst I endeavour and do mostly make and send all orders within the times given, please note that all my work is hand-made to order and the delivery is reliant on Royal Mail keeping their end of the bargain. So all dispatch and delivery times quoted by Notonthehighstreet are estimated.

My jewellery is sent out using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service, which insures against loss and guarantees next day delivery before 1pm or Royal Mails First Class Signed For Service for jewellery under £50 in value. This does not include Saturdays. The stitch markers and Cherub range are sent using Royal Mail's standard first class service.

I cannot be held responsible once the articles have left the studio, for example, in the event of a postal strike, post that is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays and post that is not delivered by it's guaranteed time, especially in the event of extreme weather conditions. Royal Mail will refund any late deliveries as long as the correct postal address has been supplied.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
