Ayup! I'm Tomekah,

I'm an illustrator with a love for colour and texture. It all started drawing as a kid in Nottingham, at my late Grandma's house. The house was full of memories and laughter along with trinkets from my Gran's early years in the Caribbean and later years exploring little English towns and seasides. Every object whether a tea towel, old letter or ornament all had a different story which filled me with so much creativity and inspiration.

After school, I would try to capture these experiences with felt tips, pencils and paint. Today, I'm still heavily inspired by those early memories or anything that makes me crack a smile. I haven't changed and still love the process of sharing those everyday stories from my Gran's house to yours through a curated collections of cards prints and homeware.
