SLATE SIGN SIZES:
We supply these handcrafted slate signs in four standard sizes. Small and large house signs giving you the option of having your engraved lettering over 1 or 2 lines. Our largest sign also has the option of having an additional third line of text.
PAINTED ENGRAVED LETTERING:
Like with our engraved oak signs we offer the lettering with a choice of hand painted colours. Choose from white or gold paint infill. For the most eye-catching colour, we would recommend the white paint infill.
PERSONALISE YOUR SLATE SIGN:
All our slate signs on posts come with your own engraving included in the price. Every letter is sandblasted creating a deep profile letter that is clear to read and perfectly finished. You have the option of having the first lettering larger than the rest of the lettering.
You can also request carved motifs if you want to make your sign that little bit more special and unique to you. please contact us to discuss your requirements.
FINISHES:
All our slate signs are finished with a protective layer of iron wax for a hard wearing, long lasting, quality finish.
PLACING YOUR SIGN:
Our signs comes with screw holes pre-cut in your slate sign. For signs with text on 1 line the signs will have 1 holes at each end of the sign. For larger signs with 2 liners of text, these will have four holes – 2 at each end.
