Our traditional handmade wooden Chinese Checkers Board
There are lots and lots of Chinese Checkers boards on the market but very few are made to this quality of finish and attention to detail. This is our luxurious handcrafted wooden Chinese Checkers Board Game. Beautifully made to order in our Hampshire workshop by hand, using locally sourced English Oak or our Amish American black walnut.
Each board is carefully constructed by hand using only the very best timber from our stock. The board is large and a decent thickness, you will notice the second you remove it from its box. The marbles resting bowls are cut to fit the marbles perfectly. Though the marbles are small and only sit in the board a shallow amount, the resting bowls are cut so precisely they sit comfortably in place. This is down to the board playing area being cut with Aerospace CNC technology precision, giving our wooden Chinese Checkers boards a beautiful and flawless finish.
We then set to work finishing each board by hand until perfect and silky smooth. We then apply several coats of Superior Grade Danish Oil to the game board which is certificated as safe for use with children’s toys.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
All of our handmade wooden Chinese Checkers game boards come with a 60 piece set of stylish Marbles. These include Glass Pearl Black, Pearl White and clear Bubble Marbles and also Copper, Brass and Zinc plated solid steel marbles. Our marbles are a nice weight and look stunning.
Personalise your Chinese Checkers board
We don’t offer engraving as standard with our wooden Chinese Checkers boards, but as with everything we make, we are able to add a personalised inscription to the underside of the board if required making the board a beautiful gift for a loved one or other special occasions like milestone birthdays, wedding anniversaries, 5th wedding anniversaries or as a stunning house warming gift.
