Spanish Heather Honey, Two Jars

A completely natural and unprocessed, raw honey harvested from the wild Spanish heather moorlands of the Pyrenees

A wonderful gift or treat of two jars of honey. "because one jar is never enough"

The taste: This honey has a distinct depth of taste. Almost like molasses, strong in flavour dark and thick. This is from bees pollinating bell heather (unlike our Scottish heather from ling heather). Amazing to use as a replacement for sugar in a bread maker, knockout over morning porridge and a great gift for any honey fan.

This honey isn’t always available due to the climatic conditions on the moorlands.
