A hand printed velvet scarf on iridescent velvet, designed and printed by Trisha in her south London studio.
PLEASE NOTE as these scarves are hand made some differences may occure, especially on the scarf ST IVES STRIPES, as you may get more or less stripes than shown on the images. I think these differeces make them more individual Thanks Trisha
Variations
This design was inspired by a visit to Barbara Hepworths studio in st Ives many years ago taking inspiration from many of her sculptures that feature in her wonderful garden.
You can have the scarf with one side printed and the reverse in a luxurious crushed plain velvet with a contrasting colour.
Made from
Printed on acetate and viscose velvet, Dry cleaning is recommended as this keeps the pile looking fresh, but you can hand wash warm, do not wring or squeeze out the water too heavily as this will put creases in the velvet, then you can put in a washing machine on a low spin rev say 700 then tumble dry.
Dimensions
NARROW 5.5" x 68" WIDE 8" x 68" all are approximate as they are all hand cut out and made in small batches so allow for a little either way all sizes are in inches. Thank you..
