Delivery info

Although we make every effort to ensure that products are sent out within 2-5 days of the order being placed, all delivery dates provided for non-express orders are estimated and not guaranteed. If a guaranteed service is needed, then we recommend using special, and next day delivery. Otherwise our orders go out with 1st class royal mail and although they usually deliver within two days, at this time of year delays can occur which are quite beyond our control. We would please ask that you bear this in mind when ordering and are aware that delivery dates provided by the NOTHS website are an approximation. Having said that, most orders are dispatched quickly and arrive promptly.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
