First up, there's New Penguin-ings. Take a sip and find notes of blood orange and chocolate limes. It's super smooth and entirely luscious! Great however you brew, but especially awesome in an AeroPress or espresso. Lovingly harvested by smallholder farmers in Argelia, Colombia.
Or why not go for our light and fruity decaf coffee; Earmuffs for an Elephant. This sparkling water decaf is smooth and sweet with mentions of bramley apple topped malt loaf - yum! Ethically sourced by Julio & Octavio Peralta in Nicaragua.
Both of these coffees have been decaffeinated using natural methods. High-quality decaffeination methods are key because they preserve all the lovely flavour and aroma in the bean.
Here at TCC, we ethically source and roast artisan speciality coffees. We hand-roast in small, 12kg batches multiple times each week. Grinding to order and posting daily are just two more ways we bring the freshest coffee to your cup (sourcing coffee seasonally is another!).
