Everything we do is made to order and because I design and make everything myself with my super fab team we can easily accommodate any design requirements you might have... just contact me for a chat... pretty much all of my listings are a result of other client's requests so prices are indicative of a bespoke product - the price won't dramatically increase because you want to add a few centimetres here or take a few centimetres away there - I'm not importing and selling hundreds of products of a particular size... We make everything ourselves from raw materials in a humble workshop in an old hat factory in Manchester...... The design process is really varied... sometimes I visit a client's home, as was the case with this piece, but the design process can also be done remotely... I have successfully designed, made and delivered items to clients all over the world... thank goodness for technology ! With a combination of email, scanned sketches, technical spec drawings, skype and sending samples in the post we can achieve a totally fool proof bespoke design service...... I just love what I do and love to provide a great bespoke service... why buy off the shelf when there's just no need to... I can create something totally unique for you !

I was so thrilled to be asked to take this commission on... my client sent me a sketch of his vision and then invited me to his home... we discussed all his important storage requirements, how best to design the doors, thread speaker wire through the pipes, access plug sockets behind the unit etc...We worked through several designs and decided coloured sliding glass doors would be super cool - my client gave me a dulux colour reference and my glaziers matched this perfectly... the handles were from a 1940's cabinet I had stashed away and I sanded off all the old varnish and stain so they were a perfect match to the reclaimed scaffolding boards which were used throughout the unit (simply cleaned up and varnished with 3 coats of clear varnish)....
