French Market Basket With Long Leather Handle Buckle

• This basket is hand woven by artisans who take great care to plait the palm leaves in the traditional way. The plait is started at the bottom and the ’rounds’ make the size of the basket. The plaits are then rolled into a finish at the top (so just one side will be straight) to complete the plait.
