Wear the Walls was founded by Carrie Brightley, an interiors print protégé with ten year’s experience designing for the iconic Liberty London and super trendy print house, House of Hackney.

Tired of sub-standard print design within fashion, Carrie aspired to create her own range of exquisite clothing, by applying the same superior level of print design she practices when creating wallpaper.

The idea for 'Wear the Walls' was one that had been brewing since Carrie graduated from Leeds College of Art in 2011, specialising in Wallpaper. With an equal love of fashion design and interiors it felt only natural to combine her two passions. Joining forces with her supportive husband Thomas, the duo set out to launch the brand in February of 2020.

Wear the Walls joins the slow fashion movement by marrying digitally printed natural silks with timeless tran-seasonal 70's inspired shapes that defy fickle trends. The garments are made-to-order to invite the consumer to consider their purchase and to not ensue wasteful dead stock.

Wear the Walls silk silhouettes are meticulously developed to compliment the female form and empower their wearer. The relaxed fit allows for comfort and free movement, to aid busy and dynamic lifestyles. Their products aim to stand the test of time and be that dependable go-to wardrobe staple.
