Engraved Slate Dad's Garden Sign

I make these lovely signs in Derbyshire using natural slate.

Every piece of slate has different textures and tones, making each sign beautifully unique. We cut the slate by hand, treat it with Danish oil then engrave deeply into the stone through the finish, leaving the engraved area in its natural state. As it is engraved permanently into the stone, the text won't peel.

The signs are finished with a galvanised steel rope which won't rust or rot. The steel rope also hangs more easily.

I carefully wrap your sign in tissue and place it in a brown corrugated box so it is easy for you to wrap once you have removed the outer packaging. Alternatively, I can gift wrap the box for you in brown Kraft paper, finished with jute string. Just select this option when ordering.
