With contrasting metal charms this personalised family necklace has a cool relaxed style that is very easy to wear. The single brass charm can be personalised with up to 8 characters, maybe a surname, special date or any message you wish, and each mini pewter charm with a single initial.
The necklace comes with the brass charm and two initials charms as standard, additional initial charms can be added. The initial charms will be threaded on in the order that they are typed so your first initial will be in the 'A' position of main image.
We can stamp letters and numbers. All letters are UPPERCASE. Please represent the heart stamp with # WE DO NOT HAVE OTHER PUNCTUATION OR SYMBOLS except fullstops and ampersand.
The recycled brass is from West Africa and comes from old plumbing fittings, collected and transformed using the ancient Asante Lost Wax Process. Each piece is first hand molded in local honeybee wax giving evey piece it's own particular identity. With no electricity available this is then fired in an earth kiln. The whole process gives the metal a wonderful worn quality and minor 'imperfections' are an integral part of the design.
The mini pewter charms are clearly handmade with visible marks of the artists tools, they are made exclusively for WORKSHOP one80 by a small, traditional, family workshop in deepest Cornwall. The pewter is 100% lead free and the tin and copper content is sourced from recycled electronics.
