This is a calming eye pillow – perfect for the sofa, a lunchtime break, bedtime, or on your yoga mat in Restorative Yoga or Savasana.
Heat and place over your eyes or on your forehead to soothe a furrowed brow or weary soul. Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute.
Oven for 5 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade.Chill in the freezer for half an hour to soothe tension headaches, sprains and swellings.
