Creamy nose of summer berries. Bold Blackcurrant with red fruit palate. A sour cherry with juniper finish.

We wanted to create a range of full strength contemporary spirits that played with unique flavours while still maintaining the integrity of a real spirit! Unlike our High Street counterparts, we add the minimum amount of sugar (High street versions add up to 15tsp per 70cl bottle, we add a maximum of 1.5tsp). We distil with the actual fruit and add natural fruit extracts to heighten the flavour.

Developed with fresh brambles and mixed berries, this gin packs a punch in terms of berry flavour! The sweetest of the bunch due to the succulent berries, this is best served with a slice of lemon and a light tonic.
