This 70cl Decanter of Desert Ram Army Strength London Dry Gin has been hand crafted in a small batch at Yorkshire Dales Distillery using a unique mineral water from Swaledale. Bottled at 50% abv it has been individually signed bt the Master Distiller.

Nose. Bold juniper and warm citrus, confident and intriquing. These open out nicely into a sweet peppermint haze, followed by gentle pine notes.

Palate. A smooth, thick sweetness followed by a wave of orange peel and cardamom. Warming, musky wood notes followed by aromatic floral tones, and candied rhubarb.

Finish. Enduring finish of juniper and strawberry, with a hint of clove. Pure nostalgia.
