Purple Ram London Dry Gin

Exceptionally smooth, quadruple distilled and 100% vapour infused through select Yorkshire botanicals, including artisan local honey.

This 70cl Decanter of Purple Ram London Dry Gin has been hand crafted in a small batch at Yorkshire Dales Distillery using a unique mineral water from Swaledale. Bottled at 40% abv it has been individually signed by the Master Distiller.

Nose. Rounded, soft tones. Prominent juniper and cardamom notes. A delicate bloom of orange blossom, followed by warm sweet spice.

Palate. Silky, tactile and sweet to start. Burst of clean cinnamon and juniper spice, with orange and grapefruit. Medium to light body. Rounded with delicate fragrance of honeysuckle.

Finish. Long and balanced. Peppery juniper body, followed by mellow resolve of sweet nuts.
