We wanted to create a range of full strength contemporary spirits that played with unique flavours while still maintaining the integrity of a real spirit! Unlike our High Street counterparts, we add the minimum amount of sugar (High street versions add up to 15tsp per 70cl bottle, we add a maximum of 1.5tsp). We distil with the actual fruit and add natural fruit extracts to heighten the flavour.
Made with over 10kg of strawberries sourced from The Balloon Tree in York, this well balanced gin is more savoury then sweet due to the Thai Basil which lends a more lemony element which works harmoniously with the sweetness. Serve with a fresh strawberry, mint leaves and light tonic.
