Made from sterling silver with the option of 18ct go0ld plating over sterling silver, and genuine birthstones, this wonderful personalised necklace makes the perfect gift for a wife, a mother, and grandmother, sister or friend. Each disc measures approxmately 0.8cm in diameter.
