About
Designing wedding stationery and styling items for lovely couples from my Hampshire studio. What began as commissions for friends and family has grown steadily into a bespoke service for couples getting married across the UK and beyond. Brides and Grooms can choose from my portfolio of hand drawn designs or opt for a bespoke commission designed just for them, something to treasure forever.
I offer a number of paper products ranging from save the date cards, invitations and RSVPs through to table plans, menus and order of the day leaflets. Beautiful designs are printed on to high quality card in the UK.
I am a textile designer by trade and you will see this reflected in many of my designs that feature patterns, florals and quirky characters. You will also find lots of stunning fabric products in my wedding decoration range, which are inspired by my love of print, fashion and a desire to create something truly unique.

Delivery
For personalised wedding stationery I aim to send your first digital proof by email within one week of receiving your personalised information. Following final approval your items will be printed and dispatched. This process usually takes 7-10 days but is often sooner.
Smaller items such as greetings cards require up to 3 days for print and/or personalisation and will be dispatched the following day by Royal Mail First Class post. Please select the Special Delivery option if you require tracking or express delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items posted using standard delivery that are delayed or lost however we do request proof of postage from the Post Office for our items so we can investigate further and take action. Please notify us if your item does not arrive on or before the estimated delivery date so we can investigate, if we are not aware of the issue we cannot rectify and cannot offer support.

All designs are copy right of Zoe Barker Textiles 2017 and must not be re-produced or copied. Photographs must not be used without prior permission. Due to the bespoke nature of our hand made items we are unable to offer returns unless the product is faulty. Items are hand made to order and will be shipped by First Class Royal Mail or Special Delivery if requested.
If your item does not arrive on the estimated delivery date please contact me so I can investigate or send a replacement item. I cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for items not received if I have not been made aware within a reasonable timeframe (2 working days) and cannot be held responsible for missing significant dates as a result. As items are printed to order I do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds but replacement items can be posted to rectify any unforeseen problems out of my control and where proof can be provided.

l as soon as they have been proofed, approved perfected and quality checked. Included in your wedding stationery order is 3 sets of amends. Any further amends will be charged at £30 per set.
