The perfect thirst quenching blend, made with a refreshing selection of organic ingredients such as Rooibos, spearmint and lemongrass designed to help calm and settle the digestive system.
To make it hot - add one teaspoon of loose leaf into an infuser and allow to steep for 5-7 mins using 100ºc water. Remove infuser and enjoy!
To make iced tea - add two teaspoons of loose leaf into an infuser or jug, allow to steep for 5-7 mins using 100ºc water. Remove the infuser, refrigerate until chilled then serve over ice and enjoy!
