This relaxing loose leaf herbal tea blend has been carefully balanced to help aid a relaxed and peaceful nights sleep. Perfect for when you want to unwind at the end of the day. Also makes a lovely refreshing iced tea with a 'feel good' peach finish.
To make it hot - add one teaspoon of loose leaf into an infuser or jug, allow to steep for 5-7 mins using 100ºc water. Remove the infuser and enjoy!
