Each kit contains all the dry ingredients needed to create 8 fluffy hot cross buns, as well as a dough scraper, pastry brush and baking parchment too for a hassle-free and delicious home baking session.
Makes 8 buns.
Variations
You will need to add 2 eggs, 50g butter and 120ml whole milk to complete the bake.
KIT STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place and used within 8 weeks.
BUN STORAGE: Best served straight away! But if you must, store for up to 2 days in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
