Plancha / Pizza Steel For BBQ Smoker

A hot plate "plancha" / Pizza steel add-on for The BeardSmoke Mini-Un BBQ smoker!

A new development for BeardSmokeBBQ, this hotplate is great for searing smash burgers, shredded Philly cheesesteak, bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms and more!

Flip it upside down and it becomes a pizza steel, capable of withstanding very high temps it creates a perfectly proofed dough base!

Item will need seasoning by coating lightly in rapeseed oil and bringing up to full temp then allowing to cool, repeat this 3 times for best non stick results!
