Each mug is individually engraved by our in-house team to ensure the personalisation will stand the test of time. Unlike traditional ceramic mugs, enamel is high quality and shatterproof.
Please note: Enamel is made of steel and is then dipped in paint. When Lasered, the paint is removed to reveal the black steel. Due to the engraving process, the personalisation will appear more subtle on darker colours such as green and blue.

We aim to reduce the use of plastic by providing our personalised orders, where possible, in the same packaging that the product arrived in from our manufacturer. Otherwise, all goods are supplied in either grip sealed plastic bags within recycled material grey mailing bags, or cardboard boxes.
