To upload your photograph after placing the order-

1. Log into your account

2. Go to 'My Orders' and find the relevant order and click 'Contact Seller'

3. Upload your scan/photograph using the text box at the bottom of the page. Please note, you need to provide text in the box for the photograph to upload successfully.

Please scan the picture for best results or take a picture from straight above the paper, please do not take the picture from an angle as the picture will be distorted. The quality of the charm depends on the quality of the photograph.
