How do I send my photo? Submit an enquiry after ordering to upload a digital photo or send us a website or google street view link. Upload other photos one at a time to show us more detail or any extras you want including. Alternatively you can email your image to [email protected] with your order number.
Don’t have a photo? Message us with the full address, postcode and a description - we’ll use Google Streeview to locate it.
What do you draw? We sketch from the perspective in the photograph - let us know anything specific you want in your enquiry. We will draw portrait or landscape according to the shape of the building. Once drawn, we'll colour the illustration on the computer. We leave the building black and white to stand out from the sky and landscape, printed in duck-egg, sage and stone (we’ll also colour bright paintwork or painted stone).
Can I check what you’ve drawn? Yes - just select yes to a digital proof in the order from, and we’ll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and make any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
