TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES please follow these steps:
> Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
> Go to ‘My Orders’
> Click ‘Contact Seller’
> Attach image ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered)
> Click Submit
Alternatively, if you have trouble with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
We recommend the photo size to be a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels
If you would like your photos in a specific order please rename your files to be photo 1, photo 2, photo 3.
PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not square - i.e rectangle - will be cropped to fit a square image. We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please open an enquiry after ordering, to request a proof, or for any other issue. We will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures. If you would like any other details included please let us know at the time of ordering. Please note your pictures will be printed as submitted and not black and white as standard.
