- Have a look into Youtube yoga and have a go! Even if it is for 10 minutes a day!
- Create a playlist just for you with songs you love
- Book a pedicure or manicure, or both! or do one at home yourself, treat yourself!
- Tonight, watch your favourite movie with your favourite snacks
- Take some time and organise your closet, be ruthless!
- Start something crafty, could be a scrap book or photo album
- Read your favourite magazine with some tea and take 10 minutes out
- Make a wishlist at your favourite shop online
- Be spontaneous and book something you have been wanting to do for ages!
