• Login to your account and go to ‘My Orders’
• Click ‘Contact the Seller’
• Click ‘Choose Files’ at the bottom of the page and select your image - Please ensure you type something in the text box.
• Click ‘Submit’ -
We will be in touch if your photo does not fit nicely in the heart. I.e if major points of focus do not fit, such as peoples entire faces. Most images will require cropping and areas of the image will be lost, this can sometimes be foreheads and bodies for example. If you are not sure if you image would work and would like a proof you need to request one when sending over your image. We do not send proofs without request as it delays your order.
