    Our premium chasen, traditional matcha whisk, is hand carved from a single piece of bamboo.

    A fantastic tool for mixing your organic matcha green tea. How to use the chasen Once the water is added to your Organic Matcha Green Tea, mix vigorously with the bamboo whisk by tracing a “W” pattern until a layer of foam forms at the surface.

    This chasen / bamboo whisk is the traditional tool used for preparing matcha in the tea ceremony. Once you have added water to your matcha, mix vigorously by whisking in a "W" pattern. This helps to aerate the matcha and give it a creamy froth.
