At our outstanding distilling laboratory for adults, guests will take charge of a beautiful mini copper pot still to develop and distil their very own bespoke 70cl bottle of gin.
Learn the art of distillation under the guidance of one of our distillers whilst enjoying a Salcombe & tonic or two! Create and develop your own gin recipe by choosing from our extensive range of botanicals. Enjoy a tour of our distillery where you will meet 'Provident', our 450 litre copper pot still.
Your experience will conclude in our waterside bar, enjoying an additional measure of your gin with a choice of garnishes and tonics to complement your recipe.

Duration:
Gin School lessons are approximately 3 hours.
What you need to know:
Gin School lessons are typically available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons at 2pm - 5pm and Saturday mornings at 10am - 1pm. Additional lessons are added during peak seasonal periods.
