We love the fact that it was thanks to the inspiration of a Danish candle maker, that these candles started life in a small way back in 1981 in Cumbria.
Candles are such an integral part of Danish and Scandinavian living and for a good reason. candles simply adds Hygge, warmth and joy to everyday.
They come as a pair of 2 connected by the wick.
They are hand dipped in Cumbria and mostly made from English, Scottish beeswax but occasionally European and African (due to temporary shortages of UK wax) bees. They have a deep, occasionally mottled yellow colour, and a gloriously honey'ed scent.
2 sizes available. The taper candles fit standard candle holder 22mm diameter.
