Taking inspiration from the iconic Great Wave, we've created a truly beautiful piece of utterly unique art.
We've added the Japanese proverb as a reminder to anyone who needs it to just keep going, keep standing up.
It says "Fall Seven Times, Stand up Eight" in Japanese.
When life knocks you down, real strenght is getting back up.
The English translation is sewn into the inside waist band. Which makes for an extra level of special.
These are not patches attached to the jacket, these are approx 90,000 stitches directly and expertly sewn directly onto the back.
