Q: What type of homeware can I find on NOTHS?

A: We've got everything from cabinets to candles, so if you're looking for unique accessories to add a splash, or the BIG pieces to make a room - you'll find everything to give your current home a refresh, or make a new home your own.

Q: Can I personalise homeware?

A: Absolutely. Add a quote to a vintage storage trunk. Pick your favourite book and create a personalised side table. Or put your name on a sumptuous cushion, for exclusive sofa snuggles.

Q: Can I send homeware as a gift?

A: Of course! What better way to celebrate a new home or simply send a thoughtful pressie. Just make sure you add their home address when you check out.

Q: How do I care for my homeware?

A: We've got such a variety of items, it's best to ask the seller directly about the best way to care for your lovely new homeware. As a general rule though, try not to set it on fire.

Q: What happens if my homeware arrives damaged or faulty?

A: We hope this doesn't happen, but if it does you can contact the seller directly, explaining the problem and sending photos if possible. The seller will let you know the next steps in returning or getting a refund.

Q: Where is the homeware made on NOTHS?

A: All over! Our marketplace is made up of the best UK's small brands, so you can get vases made in Norwich, rugs made in Yorkshire, mirrors made in Devon... you get the idea :)

Q: Can I return homeware items?

A: If your item has been personalised, commissioned or custom-designed, then unfortunately it cannot be returned. For other items, you have 28 days to let the seller know, and then 14 days to return.
