Ai No Mochi was founded by best friends Hayyan and Kelly. The passionate food loving duo were searching for fresh mochis that didn't contain every preservative under the sun and most importantly tasty flavours. In 2016, having realised the difficulty in finding them they decided to give it a go themselves and haven't looked back since.

We decided we wanted to introduce to the UK our fusion of Asian and Western flavours in one. We took mochi; a traditional Japanese sweet rice cake delicacy and incorporated it with Western dessert favourites such as cheesecakes and chocolate fillings.
