Bird Eggs Of Britain Wildlife Watercolour Print

This Eggs of Britain print is the fifth in Alexia’s British Wildlife range. These prints are born from Alexia’s love for our beautiful nature in the UK and her passion for conservation. You can have a beautiful piece of art for your wall at the same time as learning more about the wildlife around you that you may have not already known. Perfect for all ages and for inquisitive children too.

Painted in her countryside studio looking out over the National Forest, Alexia takes inspiration from her surroundings as well as a wealth of nature books collected throughout her life (she’s a bit addicted to these!). Along with her studio buddy, Benjamin bunny, it can take up to a few weeks to produce one of these wildlife prints.

These paintings truly are a labour of love. With a design background in textile design, Alexia composes each of these prints (for hours, until she’s 100% happy!) so that each element fits together as a pattern within a print. They are then painstakingly painted using watercolours, inks and pencils.
