Limited edition signed giclée prints created from original collaged vinyl covers

Hi, my name is Alison and I’m a UK artist creating quirky, one-off pieces of 3-D collaged artworks made from old records and books. Searching for ephemera treasure is my starting point and I love adding semantic imagery hidden within each piece. Each original, unique piece is photographed and offered in a run of 50 limited edition, signed giclée prints. These are printed life-size on high quality art paper which gives them a 3-D appearance so once framed they look like an actual 12-inch LP. They are delivered to you or your designated recipient in branded tubes.

Widely exhibited UK artist with high quality limited edition signed giclée reproductions of my original artworks

Recycling is fundamental to my work, seeking out the potential of old found books, records and ephemera. Apertures are cut into their surfaces with appropriate found imagery spilling out. Work is built up in layers, and both the cover and vinyl are embellished to give a playful sense of nostalgia of the music, LP title and its era.

I have an extensive library of work, was included in the 250th Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2018 with the original book work, ‘A Stirring Book for Girls’, and exhibit both nationally and internationally.
