Celebration Cake Of Cheese

A beautiful 2.5kg tower of our cheese, including handmade 1kg Brie, award winning 1kg Vintage Organic Cheddar, 205g West Country Brie topped with award winning 200g Oak Smoked Cheddar and 200g Vintage Organic Cheddar Heart or Star.

All products require refrigeration. Our cheddar is organic, containing no preservatives, so we recommend refrigeration at all times at 5°C. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving to allow the cheese to warm to room temperature and bring out the flavour.

Our cheese is suitable for vegetarians.

NOTE: Orders for cakes are expected to be per the above. On rare occasions a substitute product may be included if there are unforeseen supply shortages. We apologise should this happen.

We recommend putting the cheese together in the following order, starting with the lowest layer:

Layer 5 – Traditional Brie (1kg, 8” diameter) – Our lovely, creamy, hand-made brie with fresh milk. The taste is full and rich with subtle depths of flavour.

Layer 4 – Vintage Organic Cheddar (1kg, 6.5” diameter) Our award winning cheddar, deliciously rich and creamy with a soft and smooth texture.

Layer 3 – West Country Brie (250g, 4” diameter) – Our organic hand-made brie hand rolled in crushed black pepper to give a wonderful contrast in flavour to the creamy brie.

Layer 2 – Vintage Organic Oak Smoked Cheddar (200g, 3” diameter) – Our award winning Oak Smoked Cheddar, naturally smoked with sustainable oak chippings for 9-12 hours, full of wonderful smokey flavour.

Layer 1 - Vintage Organic Cheddar Heart (200g kg, 3” diameter) –. The crowning glory, in your choice of a heart or star shape.

The cake will come together perfectly, simply unwrap all of the cheese and stack them one on top of the other in situ.

We recommend that you keep your celebration cake refrigerated before the event.

Assembly is best done an hour or so before eating in order to allow the cheese to warm up to room temperature and bring out all the flavour.

We deliver using DPD who deliver on a next-day service that means the cake is not left unrefrigerated for longer than 24 hours. Somebody MUST be available to sign for the cake.
