The passion flower commonly symbolizes the crucifixion of Jesus with the crown of thorns. Annie has stitched many bullion knots here to suggest the coronal filaments. You can embellish this design with any stitches you choose, or take the plunge and practice your bullions! Approximately 25cm square linen fabric with design in full colour, to fit a six inch hoop.
