With a good few years of cooking for the high and mighty, training kids how to cook and owning a restaurant, I really enjoyed the challenge of finding a new way to bake without eggs and dairy.

I work really hard to ensure these bad boys are a taste sensation. No sweet treat makes it on to the menu until the recipe is tweaked to perfection.

Hand made - proper good cakes - that just happen to be vegan! So you can pretend they are good for you.

Gluten free versions taste just as good.
