Order Processing & Delivery

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before confirming your order, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

If you are returning the product(s) to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and pay the cost of doing so.

Artemis Muse reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Not On The High Street website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available / in stock

Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable

Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity

We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself

Force Majeure

In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.

You can order as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy – we need to make sure people are not taking advantage of this great proposition which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g. ordering and returning beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by our warehouse team, we will then issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 3-5 days on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 7 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.

Refunds may only be made to the same payment method used to place the order. If that method is no longer is use, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning unsuitable items. Please make sure you retain proof of postage in case of any issues with your return.

Products & Prices

There is a lot going on here at Artemis Muse HQ and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
