Our hampers boxes are fully biodegradable, so you can be sure that you are staying forest neutral. To further reduce our CO2 emissions, we use a special machine to grind up our cardboard packaging, so no extra unnecessary materials are used. All of our packaging is biodegradable, and we even use special paper tape, meaning you don't have to worry about any nasty plastic tape.
All hampers are sent out on a fully tracked next day service.
Fresh food gifts are are sent for overnight delivery with reusable and recyclable icepacks & packaging to keep them cool. The packaging helps to insulate them.
Please ensure that your recipient will be available to receive the goods on the chosen delivery date, as we cannot guarantee that these products will still be consumable if we are unable to complete first time delivery.

We regret that, under some circumstances, we are unable to refund orders (including postage and packaging) once they have been delivered. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: fresh food gifts (including cheese, meat or fish); personalised or branded goods; any type of item made to specific requirements; perishable products (such as food or flowers); and goods rendered non-cancelable and non-refundable due to their bespoke elements.
In the event that a customer or their recipient has received a damaged or defective hamper, or if there has been an error with their order on our behalf, we will replace it with an item of equal or higher value.
Depending on availability, the items included in our offer may differ, however the total value will always be greater than the indicated price.
In the event of delays caused by adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or any other situation beyond our reasonable control, we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery of any hampers or gifts. Furthermore, all claims for missing or damaged hampers must be reported to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Claims made after this time may not be subject to a refund or replacement.
