We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Ashiana Returns

In case you want to return a product from Ashiana range, our returns policy is below:

Jewellery other than earrings can be refunded or exchanged within 7 working days of you receiving your goods.

Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene unless faulty.

We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.

We cannot refund or exchange gift cards. Sale items are non-refundable, however we are happy to exchange or offer credit on any items you wish to return for the full amount paid for them.

The item must be returned in their original, unworn condition in Ashiana packaging.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

All items must be returned with a reason for return, which can be written on your original invoice included inside your parcel.

All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase and to the original debit or credit card.

Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
