The AURA QUE range is made in direct collaboration with fair trade producer groups, breathing new life into traditional techniques and connecting our customers.

CELEBRATION - ‘’Same, same but different’’ is one of our favourite responses from our Nepalese team… At AURA QUE, we love the quirks and characteristics between different cultures and the fact that we are all ‘same, same but different’.
CHRISTMAS UPDATE: All orders for Christmas with standard UK delivery should be placed by Sunday 17 December. Orders placed between Monday 18 and Thursday 21 December are advised to select express delivery. Standard UK delivery orders placed during this period may not arrive for Christmas. Express orders placed on Thursday 21 December will be sent on Friday 22 December and there is a chance these will arrive on Saturday 23 December, but this is a high risk strategy that we do not advise!
Please keep a close eye on your tracking link which will be provided by email. Your postie may be more likely than normal to hide your package or leave with a neighbour, rather than risk you being unable to collect from a delivery office in time for Christmas.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, but if we have any queries (usually due to stock availability or an incomplete delivery address), we will message you and will have to hold your order until we receive a response.
Make sure you double check your postcode/zip code when you are ordering, as it will delay your order if we have to query an incomplete address. A telephone number is required for overseas orders and for orders of over £200 value.
Your order will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked or Royal Mail International Tracked. If your order does not arrive within a week, please check the tracking link provided, in case of a missed delivery.
> All orders can only be shipped or delivered Monday to Friday.
> If you order on a Friday after 10am, during the weekend or over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day so may take a little longer.

CHRISTMAS UPDATE: To reassure customers purchasing Christmas gifts, our return policy is extended to 8 January 2023 for purchases between 15 November and 11 December 2023. Purchases after this date must be returned to us within 28 days from the date on which you received your order, which is 8 January 2024 onwards. It is not affordable for us to offer free exchanges, and we can only refund the original purchaser.
We hope you’ll love your order. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return the item/s providing they are unused, without signs of wear and returned in their original packaging. Items for exchange or refund must be returned to us within 28 days from the date on which you received your order.
If we have unfortunately supplied your original order incorrectly, please notify us immediately via NOTHS messaging with your order details and description of goods received. If you wish to return an item due to a manufacturing fault or quality defect by AURA QUE, please contact us via NOTHS messaging with a description and photograph of the issue; this is so we can identify how best to resolve the problem for you.
To return an item ordered online, please contact us via NOTHS messaging so that we can provide you with a returns code. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returns, which is a £3 deduction from your refund for our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service, or you are welcome to use an alternative postage method of your choice.
